Low voltage drawout switchgear is one of the most commonly used types of low voltage switchboards. Known for their high level of safety and efficiency, these switchboards are commonly used in large factories, substations, power plants, metro systems, and locations requiring a large number of consumers with varying amperages

Each output feeder, designed to supply power to consumers, is known as a drawer. Each drawer supplies a specific load, which could be an electric motor, lighting, or other electrical equipment. In essence, each drawer is a small switchboard in itself.

Communication busbars are located at the top of each cell, and fingers are used to feed the feeders, located vertically behind the output cells. Numerous equipment items are required for the installation and assembly of these switchboards

Depending on the design and client requirements, the breakers in these drawers can be simple or motorized. Motorized breakers can be controlled from a control room. Fereidoun Mahmoudian was born in 1943 in the city of Kermanshah, in western Iran. In 1967, he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Tehran Polytechnic University. He then went to France for postgraduate studies and then returned back to Iran, where he was employed as a professor at Tehran Polytechnic University. Simultaneously, he established various companies active in industrial fields, with Fulmen being the latest His areas of expertise include control and protection, high-voltage equipment, and manufacturing.

A well-educated engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in Research, Consultancy, and Management. Supervisor of more than 10 Ph.D. students and more than 50 MScs. Expert in electric power system planning and most management skills. Recognized nationally and internationally as a distinguished engineer and awarded more than 200 appreciation letters from top national and international officers. Possessing a well-oriented and structured character, he is highly capable in team formation and project execution. He has visited more than 60 countries around the world and has a good knowledge of the cultures of different nations.

Hooman Hasani Talaqani is an experienced accountant with a master's degree in Accounting from Tarbiat Modares University and currently pursuing a PhD at Tehran University. He has held key financial roles, including Financial Manager at Lavan Petrochemical and  he has been Internal audit manager at FHA of Iran. Hooman also serves as a tax dispute representative for Tehran's Tax Affairs Organization and he is an accounting instructor at various universities and institutes since 2014 such as PACT(ACCA) &IPART.

Ali Hasani is an electrical engineer with 22 years of experience in design and project management of high-voltage substations including national and international projects. He has extensive expertise in different aspects of HV substations ranging voltage levels up to 400kV and has expert knowledge in GIS equipment. Ali has held key positions in FULMEN Co. , including lead substation design engineer, project manager and deputy of high-voltage execution department. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and is proficient in project management and HV/LV engineering practices.

نیم‌قرن از کاشت نهال «فولمن» در خاک این کهن‌سرزمین می‌گذرد. بذر این نهال نهاد کوچک رِیزکو (Reserch & Industrial services Company) بود که شش دهه پیش فریدون محمودیان با همراهی همکاران دانشگاهی‌اش و با آمیختن دانش و خلاقیت و ایده‌آل‌هایش نشاند.

با رشد چشم‌گیر Raisco و پیشنهاد همکاری از سوی شرکت CGE (هلدینگ بخش عظیمی از صنایع برقی فرانسه، از جمله الستوم) شرکتی جدید با نام فولمن در سال 1354 متولد شد.

نهال نو در مسیر رشد و ترقی زمستان و پاییزها دیده‌، توفان‌ها از سر گذرانده، گرمای سوزان را تاب آورده و در سکوت فروتنانه‌اش هرگز هدف‌ها و رویای بنیان‌گذاران خود را از یاد نبرده است.

فولمن آهسته و پیوسته در صنعت برق قد کشید و با هدف طراحی و تأمین و اجرای پروژه‌های برقی ریشه زد، شاخ و برگ داد و شکوفا شد تا امروز که بسیار حلقه بر تن خود تنیده و اکنون با تأکیدِ همیشگی بر توسعه‌ی پایدار و تعهد به مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی به مرحله‌ی خلق تکنولوژی و تولید مناسب‌ترین محصول تحت مالکیت برند فولمن رسیده که از افتخارات متمایزکننده‌ی فولمن است.
