Fulmen Group is proud to Unveil Advanced LPGIS Technology for the First Time in Iran
Fulmen Group has introduced its innovative LP Gas-Insulated Switchgear (LPGIS) system, marking the first launch of this advanced product in Iran and MENA region.
Fulmen Group has introduced its innovative LP Gas-Insulated Switchgear (LPGIS) system, marking the first launch of this advanced product in Iran and MENA region.
Developed through a pioneering research project in collaboration with fully experienced European experts, the system aims not only MENA region but also global market.
While the LPGIS presents an ultra-compact design, significant land saving, user friendly, maintenance free, it enhances safety and efficiency for power industry.
The LPGIS was created based on a transforming idea, from traditional 63 kV AIS substation into a fully compact LPGIS switchgear panel, with minimal maintenance requirements.
Key distinguished features include:
land saving, plug-in installation, eco-friendly design principles, and applicable for passive defense requirements.
The technical specifications of this product include a nominal voltage of 72.5 kV, a nominal current of up to 2.5 KA, and a short-circuit current of 31.5 kA. Each panel dimension restricted to only 2350x2550x1000 mm, making it significantly smaller than conventional equipment. Furthermore, by utilizing LPGIS and CGIS technology, Fulmen has developed a mobile 63/20 KV substation, providing an innovative solution for highly compact and portable power substations, in which all 63 and 20 KV equipment, along with auxiliary devices, are enclosed in a compact 6.2x4.6-meter container, easily transportable by a two-axle truck without the need for special traffic permits.
This achievement exemplifies Fulmen Group's commitment to delivering cutting-edge, affordable, eco-friendly technologies on a global scale, meeting the growing demands of the power industry in Iran and beyond.
With its compact design, high efficiency, and reduced maintenance costs, this product represents a milestone in electrical equipment. It is a crucial step towards improving affordability, efficiency and safety in various industries and also supports the company’s social responsibility initiatives.
